Free delivery is available on all orders over £99 within a 100 mile radius.

If your postcode falls outside our standard delivery zones or is considered a remote location, please contact us before placing your order. This allows us to confirm delivery availability and advise of any additional charges that may apply.

Once your order has been processed, our team will confirm an estimated delivery date. Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to factors beyond our control, including traffic delays or adverse weather conditions.

Delivery Method

All deliveries are made kerbside using suitable vehicles for heavy and bulky items.

Customers are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access for delivery vehicles. Please inform us at the time of ordering if there are any access restrictions, such as:

Failure to notify us in advance may result in delivery delays or failed deliveries.

Receiving Your Order

Please inspect all items upon delivery. Any visible damage or missing items must be noted with the driver and reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims reported outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

Failed or Rearranged Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues or if no one is available where required, additional charges may apply for re-delivery or rescheduling.
